PAYMENT

 

A 50% non-refundable deposit per horse must accompany your registration form in order to establish your place in the clinic. 

Space is limited and registrations will be taken on a first come first serve basis.

 

Registration forms due by: FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 5, 2008. 

 

The remainder of the clinic fees must be received by: SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 6, 2008 accompanied with a copy of your horses 2008 negative Coggins, and if applicable a copy of USHJA membership card.  Any additional incurred charges, such as additional auditors, dinner tickets, shavings, etc., will be due by the conclusion of the clinic.

 

A confirmation will be sent once your registration and deposit are received.
